The ELLY elliptical aqua-bike is a complete training apparatus that is very easy to use, combining the benefits of rowing, cross- country skiing, stepping and cycling. 

The Elly uses about 80% of the muscles in the body synchronously! The secret lies in an elliptical movement designed to reproduce as closely as possible the natural movement of running whilst protecting the joints from impacts. The Elly offers the user fluidity of movement maximising leg workout through an angle of incline of the pedals. The effort is further increased through the use of oscillating lever arms with equipped with wide perforated blades. 

Designed 100% in stainless steel, the Elly is compatible with all types of water (sea water, chlorinated or bromine). Easily move the Elly around thanks to its silicone wheels.
